It remains the same today, and it changed the laws regarding the legality of Slavery in the United States of America: "Neither Slavery nor involuntary servitude, EXCEPT as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction."The 13th Amendment to the Constitution in 1865 did not truly put an end to American Slavery or the Evil racist systematic denial of human rights, but instead allowed Slavery and unjust forced labor to continue behind prison bars with inhumane incarceration and unconstitutional, immoral, Evil American laws that blatantly continue to violate human rights today.

John Ehrlichman's confession serves as a stark reminder of the unjust motives behind the "War On Drugs." In clear combination with the 13th Amendment Slavery loophole from 1865 and with unconstitutional immoral "Mandatory Minimums" that again continue to violate basic human rights because they continue to inflict cruel and inhumane punishments for trivial things and marijuana possession, these damningly Evil policies from the past continue to have a devastating impact on communities throughout the country, primarily in States that have a longstanding history of abusing powers to enforce racist inhumane corrupt Evil laws so that American Slavery can continue to be preserved behind prison bars.

WITH marijuana's growing $64 billion legal industry and with its substantial medical benefits clearly confirmed by doctors and the scientific community, marijuana is undeniably safer and healthier than both alcohol and tobacco, and it is time that Congress, the Federal Government, and Drug Enforcement Agency start treating it that way. Congress must end the racist fraudulent marijuana prohibition and the corrupt immoral unconstitutional "War on Drugs" government campaign that has disenfranchised and unjustly caged and Enslaved millions of mostly Black and Brown citizens in volent prisons over the many decades.Marijuana is legal in Washington DC, the capital of America, and a person over 21 is allowed to possess up to two ounces and grow up to six plants. Enough is enough. We all know that the Federal Government lied about marijuana to commit more crimes against humanity. Freedom and justice must be served. Congress must stop enforcing Evil unconstitutional policies from the past and must act immediately to stop American states from continuing to sentence people to die Enslavedin prison for marijuana possession and other trivial non-violent offenses. Absolutely no one, no matter what the color of their skin might be, deserves to serve a life sentence of forced labor for 1 gram of marijuana. "Due Process" and "Equal Protection of the Laws" must be upheld by Congress. Justice and Freedom must be served to all citizens who have received cruel inhumane unconstitutional punishments and who remain wrongfully incarcerated and Enslaved in America.

AMERICA has disturbingly spent more than 1 trillion dollars enforcing the racially oppressive, corrupt, unjust "War On Drug" era policies that clearly violate fundamental human and constitutional rights. As a direct result there are now between 70 and 100 million Americans living with "criminal" records today, and America hasincarcerated and Enslaved the most people in the world. UNCONSTITUTIONAL "Mandatory Minimum" sentencing laws disproportionately incarcerate, harm, and Enslave mostly Black and Brown American citizens. Oppressive and clearly inhumane "Mandatory Minimum" sentencing laws have gone unchecked for decades and continue to blatantly violate the 8th amendment, (the constitutional protection against cruel unusual punishments) because they continue to inflict harsh unjust cruel LIFE sentences for trivial non-violent offenses and marijuana possession daily. Whether it is a life sentence of forced labor, without the possibility of parole, for 1 gram of marijuana, or whether it is a life sentence in prison for a few grams of marijuana, or whether it is a life sentence for stealing a slice of pizza, or whether it is a life sentence for stealing a bicycle, or a life sentence for a disabled American army veteran growing medicinal marijuana plants, absolutely no human being, no matter what the color of their skin might be, deserves to die locked in a cage Enslaved forever because of racist, corrupt, unjust, unconstitutional American laws. This is the painfully grim truth about the corrupt American legal system. Too many people have received cruel unjust punishments and remain wrongfully incarcerated, exploited, disenfranchised, and Enslaved in violent prison because of the unconstitutional "War On Drugs" and cruel inhumane "Mandatory Minimums" that blatantly violate human rights. Immediate reform from Congress and the Federal Government is necessary now to protect future American generations and to reunite families with their loved ones. Justice is long overdue.

AMERICAN citizens must spearhead the effective national movement to finally end the immoral Evil Exploitation of Slavery through the 13th Amendment loophole since 1865, to end unjust mass incarceration, to end the corrupt unconstitutional "WAR ON DRUGS" and the fraudulent racist marijuana prohibition that were purposefully implemented by former members of the American Federal Government to criminalize, incarcerate, disenfranchise, and to further exploit, oppress, and Enslave Black people. The United States Federal Government continues to commit crimes against humanity against its own citizens by enforcing Evil laws of the past. The people in the United States of America have a critical role to play in ending unconstitutional inhumane policy that destroys families and inflicts brutal lifelong human suffering and generational poverty and trauma. The role of the citizen is peaceful non-violent resistance, exercising constitutional rights for Freedom, Justice, and Liberation from Evil racist laws of the past. Congress must hear the calling from the American people to end Slavery and to uphold "Due Process" and "Equal Protection Of The Laws" for all citizens who remain unjustly incarcerated and Enslaved.

BECAUSE the American citizen could never forget American History or the words written in the 1776 Declaration of Independence, the fundamental founding document of the United States of America, which says clearly: "That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its Foundation on such Principles and organizing its Powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness." To know that those words were written prior to the current 21st century sickening Exploitation of Slavery through the 13th Amendment loophole, to know in fact that those founding American words were written during the Time of when it was legal to buy, own, trade, sell, murder, rape, chain, traumatically abuse, and work Black human beings to death as property, then how incredibly disturbing and shameful it is to see and to know how the humanitarian crises of unjust mass incarceration and corrupt evolved methods of Slavery continue to plague American society in the year 2024. The United States Federal Government must be held accountable for all crimes against humanity. The Exploitation of Slavery through the 13th Amendment loophole since 1865 must finally end. Congress must serve true Freedom and Justice now. "Due Process" and "Equal Protection of the Laws" must be upheld for all American citizens who currently remain unjustly incarcerated, disenfranchised, exploited and Enslaved behind prison bars because of the racist unconstitutional "War On Drugs" policies and Evil 13th loophole. Slavery must be abolished. Unjust incarceration must end.

MARIJUANA and "Mandatory Minimum"sentencing reform are at the center of the pursuit for Racial Justice and Freedom in the United States of America. In an American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) research report, "A Tale of Two Countries: Racially Targeted Arrests in the Era of Marijuana Reform," the ACLU delves into marijuana related arrests spanning 2010 to 2018, scrutinizing disparities based on race at the national, state, and county levels. In an update to their prior publication, "The War on Marijuana in Black and White," which analyzed arrests from 2001 to 2010 showing that there were over 8 million marijuana arrests with one every 37 seconds, it is very clear that the racist, oppressive, discriminatory battle against marijuana is still ongoing, and far from over.

OVER 6 MILLION arrests took place between 2010 and 2018, with Black American individuals continuing to face an almost 4x higher likelihood of arrest in every state for marijuana possession compared to White individuals, even in states where marijuana has been legalized. In 2018 alone, there were an estimated 692,965 marijuana arrests — the vast majority of which (89.6%) were for simple possession.Ongoing and Troubling Racial Inequalities in Marijuana Possession Arrests Persist Across the Entire Country, With No Improvement Observed Since 2010: In some states Black people were up to six, eight, or almost 10 times more likely to be arrested, and in 31 states, racial disparities were actually larger in 2018 than they were in 2010. Even in states where marijuana was legalized or decriminalized, racial disparities in arrests persist, Black Americans are significantly more likely to be arrested, and insufficient data collection hinders a comprehensive understanding of racial disparities in marijuana-related arrests among Latinos. The fact of the matter clearly remains that the Federal Government lied about marijuana to commit more crimes against humanity and "Mandatory Minimums" continue to brutally inflict cruel inhumane life punishments and Enslave American citizens behind prison bars for trivial things and simple marijuana possession. The American citizen must urge Congress to act now...

WITH nearly 40% of law enforcement agencies around the country failing to report their data to the FBI national crime statistic database in 2021, the true real number of people who have been wrongfully incarcerated and Enslaved in prisons since the beginning of the 13th Amendment Slavery loophole, is most likely significantly much higher than what is already estimated to be known in the very high millions. ​Enough is enough. How many more millions of lives need to be lost to unjust incarceration and Slavery in America? Congress has a clear moral and constitutional legal obligation to uphold "due process" and "equal protection of laws" for all American citizens who currently remain wrongfully incarcerated, exploited, disenfranchised, and Enslaved in prison because of the unconstitutional "War On Drugs" and cruel inhumane "Mandatory Minimums." Freedom and Justice must be served now.

AMERICANS must have the painfully honest conversation about unjust incarceration,oppressive unconstitutional laws, and modern Slavery in the United States of America. It is important to acknowledge thatprofitingoff of an unjust inhumane system that has been intentionally designed to criminalize and exploit human beings with inhumane policy, is corrupt, wrong, and Evil. It is an absolute disgrace that the "13th" Slavery loophole continues to be exploited in the year 2024 and that current modern American prison labor programs violate the most fundamental human rights. The 14th Amendment of the American Constitution explicitly says, "No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." Congress has a moral and constitutional legal obligation to uphold "Due Process" and "Equal Protection of the Laws" and to end unconstitutional racist Evil laws from the past that continue to cause harm.The current evidence of human rights violations is tragically disturbing, and to know that all of these modern humanitarian crises evolved after "Chattel" Slavery and all of those awful terrible Evils, is even more disturbing. How many more millions of lives need to be lost because of corrupt unjust wicked policy that blatantly violates basic human rights? Who will dare speak the truth in the United States of America? Who will dare stand up for what is right and just? Who will dare say that American Slavery must end?

TELL CONGRESS AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT THAT FREEDOM AND JUSTICE MUST HAPPEN. THE MARCH FOR FREEDOM GOES ON. WE CANNOT FORGET ALL OF THE SUFFERING AND PAIN THAT HAS HAPPENED BECAUSE OF RACISM. IT'S TIME TO DO THE RIGHT THING. STAND UP FOR WHAT IS RIGHT. SPEAK UP FOR WHAT IS RIGHT. MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD. USE YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.

Equal Justice Under Law: Congress and the American Federal Government must clearly acknowledge all of these grave injustices publicly and develop a robust strategic plan that will finally address these humanitarian crises with real action. Freedom and Justice must be served for all citizens who remain wrongfully incarcerated and Enslaved in the United States of America because of the unconstitutional "War On Drugs" and cruel inhumane "Mandatory Minimums." The Exploitation of Slavery through the 13th Amendment loophole must end. Surely by now you have realized the importance of these phrases and repeating them over and over until Freedom and Justice is served. Now is the time for bold revolutionary American action. Racial injustice must be met with relentless meaningful civil non-violent resistance. Exercise your constitutional rights and tell Congress to uphold "Due Process" and "Equal Protection of the Laws" for all American citizens who remain wrongfully incarcerated and Enslaved.

BECAUSE NOW IS ALWAYS THE TIME to do the right thing. Because now is the time to end Slavery in America. Because too many millions of human lives have already been lost to Slavery in America. Because no longer can the American stay silent. We all have the moral responsibility to let our voice be heard and to demand Freedom and Justice. Congress has the clear moral and legal obligation to abolish unconstitutional racist Evil laws from the past and to reunite families that have been critically harmed. The Exploitation of Slavery through the 13th Amendment loophole since 1865 must officially end. FREEDOM and JUSTICE must be served.
