   I am truly concerned with the KFC in Springfield Massachusetts on State street. There are employees who need better training on cleanliness, customers have witnesses employees touching their hair and using the same gloves to prepare food. The place is also very dirty. Today I found hair in my famous bowl. It was not my hair, my hair has been wrapped with a scar all day. Clearly the owner does not Check in and address the health issues.

   I have purchased a 32.94 food and my pot pie had a bone in it i almost swallowed it I have taken pictures of it and the and the strangest thing, I always purchase pot pie and other meals, and never had a problem please respond back thank you

   Yesterday I purchased an eight piece for $10 online. When I arrived to pick up my food and got home my chicken was dried out hard and inedible. This is the third time I have received bad chicken from Silas Creek parkway in Winston-Salem. I have loved KFC for a very long time but this is very disheartening. I hate to keep wasting my money. This is the closest location to my home and I shouldn’t have to travel across town to buy my food.

     This also happened to me around the same time, but in Tallahassee Florida. Original tasted like dried out extra crispy. I wrote in about it and have not heard back.
     There is other chicken places in town.

   I hate to pile on as I see so many have had negative reports about what was at one time a top company. Your food, as well as your personnel needs to be upgraded immediately. Yesterday we had a post family gathering at my mother-in-laws house. Although we only had 10 members present it was decided that we puck some fried chicken from your Saraland , AL store on Hughway 43. When we walked into the store, the young lady who was behind the counter immediately disappeared. Now she may have needed to do something in back, but, the wait was rather long. Patiently b my brother and waited for her to return to her duty station. She immediately saw the U U $100.00 dollar bill in my hand. Without so much of a how do you do, she said “We don’t take thise bills” . I told her Thank You, and we walked out. About 100 yards down the street, we walked into our local Piggly Wiggly Food Store which does accept American Dollars of all normal denominations. We were able to get some fried and broiled chicken along with several sides for $65.00. That visit is the last time I will EVER go into another one of your stores. I was bank Vice President who was in charge if hiring and firing. Because if this training, I never get angry or upset. Whoever is in charge of your personnel department corporate level really needs to examine your hiring policy. If you ever need a Shopper, I will be more than happy to offer my services : ) . THANK You fir allowing me to advise you.

   We just finished our KFC meals. We all commented on the tiny drums are now. Here in HHI S.C. our KFC needs older people working to serve us. Your staff has very cold personalities. snooty and cold. Need to move it closer to our senior communities.and clean it up pease.Thanks for listening , hope.Need apple pies & different veggies for a change…please.
