Sometimes it be difficult to tell what they are saying, but most of the time the employees are very friendly and try their best to help. They just don’t have authorization to actually do anything.

  Switched from @Verizon to @TMobile DO NOT DO IT!!! Customer service said I have coverage, rep at the store 4 miles from my house said I had coverage in my area (or Omaha) Call CS again and now they say I do not. And there’s nothing they can do and can’t even get money back 🤬🤬🤬

  Canceled my @Verizon internet account 2 months ago and I’m still getting billed. Each time I talk to someone they assure me they will fix the mistake and then I get billed again only to call back and find out there is no record of the previous calls despite reference numbers.
