@VerizonSupport It didn't sound right to me. I was told at the Verizon store there isn't a FIOS location within a hundred miles. I told the chat rep to ship my order instead but they insisted. Never tried this hard to spend $200 on an extender for my new service.

@VZWSupport You have to have the worst ******* customer experience EVER. I try to go to the desktop site and get redirected to the FIOS site. I AM NOT A FIOS CUSTOMER, only WIRELESS. And when I try to contact support, I keep getting nowhere. I've been a long time customer (1/2)

@Ask_Spectrum Just spent a hour speaking with customer service. There is nothing you can do besides fix your servers! This is effecting my employment! If it is not fixed today, I will be going VERIZON FIOS!
